Exodus 11:3 God saw to it that the Egyptians liked the people. Also, Moses was greatly admired by the Egyptians, a respected public figure among both Pharaoh’s servants and the people at large. (MSG)

God’s mighty power is reflected through us. Even though Pharaoh was keeping the Israelites in captivity and didn’t listen to Moses’ instructions, God’s favour was still upon Moses to impact both Pharaoh’s servants and everyone in Egypt.

The Egyptians greatly admired Moses because of the excellent work God did through him. Moses was able to boldly stand before Pharaoh because he trusted that the God who sent him would surround him with His favour. 

Trusting God with our lives is allowing Jesus to use our actions as testimonies of how great God is. However, for people to be able to see God in us, we need the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our helper, and when we welcome Him in our daily activities, then the world around us will be able to see Jesus in us as we will reflect the fruits of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

When we allow the Holy Spirit to guide our lives, we are saying “yes” to being used by God. Being used by God requires us to know God by spending more time in prayer and Bible reading. It is important to live for God as the people God wants to reach are watching us. 

Today, choose to follow Jesus Christ and allow the Holy Spirit to be reflected through your life forever.
